Fresh Mint Chili Jelly

A Chili Jelly base with fresh Mint, apple cider vinegar, sugar and pectin.  
Serve with Crackers and your favorite Cheese, Spring Lamb, Glaze Pork or Fish or use as a condiment. Vegetarians use this on their Veg and boiled Cabbage.

Refrigerate after opening, good for up to 9 weeks.
