South Carolina Sauce
A traditional Mustard sauce with a good kick.
Traditionally used on Pulled Pork , but is also fabulous on Chicken either roasted or grilled. Just spread a bit up under the skin and then coat the entire outside of the chicken for a golden crust of juicy, succulent Sunday dinner. Great added to stuffed eggs or added to a honey-mustard salad dressing. Let your imagination be your guide.
Refrigerate after opening, use within 9 weeks.
